We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Broker Relations Supervisor to lead and oversee our broker relations team. As the Broker Relations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of brokers.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with substantial experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Previous experience in broker relations or a similar role is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable of BE Residences projects and product-lines.
- Researches and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other relevant information that could have an impact on the sales and marketing strategy.
- Recruit and grow the allied broker sales networks of BE Residences.
- Learn and conduct project briefings, site tours and Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS)
- Assist and support the Sales & Marketing team in any sales and marketing related activities to promote BE Residences projects
- Conduct meetings and periodic visits to assigned sales networks
- Provide timely project updates to sales networks to include project updates, promos and pricing
- Assist and attend to sales network queries on projects, including after sales
- Assist in project presentations for corporate and office buyer inquiries
- May be tasked to handle and convert sales leads from digital efforts
- Help maintain business relations with specific assigned sales networks and aid these networks in achieving their sales targets
- Be open to travel outside of Cebu and in areas where there will be sales activities like roadshows and sales pitches
- Coordinates with inter-office departments for schedules, documentation, payments and material requirements needed by the Sales Department
- Regularly encodes buyer/vendor and seller data in SAP
- Prepares timely marketing reports that’s relevant in the development of sales and marketing strategies with the objective of hitting sales targets
- Participate in brand building activities, to include but not limited to corporate events, community efforts and gatherings with sales networks
- Keep any information that is deemed internal to the company, its trade secrets, and other related information in the strictest confidence
- Adhere to and demonstrate the company’s set of corporate values, and abide by the policies and procedures of the company for the employees
- Be flexible to perform other related tasks/duties relevant to the Department/Company as may be assigned from time to time.
