Business Development Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have a passion for sales and business growth. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Maintain extensive knowledge of the organization’s projects and product-line;
Perform regular market research and analyses to identify new business opportunities;
Assist and support the Business Development Officer in the study, research, and drafting of feasibility studies for Management’s review and consideration of proposed business opportunities;
With your background as a licensed Civil Engineer, you will be tasked to assess and profile land acquisitions and infrastructure developments for marketability and possible site issues that may incur unnecessary cost to the company;
Monitor market and competitive trends relevant to developers movement with focus on market presence and expansion;
Reviews project and unit plans required for submission to secure the necessary permits and licenses. Such scope may include initial assessment and review of submitted budgets and commissioned studies for land survey, soil investigation and the like;
Liaise with, and represent the company in obtaining relevant government permits, licenses and clearances for project developments;
Assists in conducting due diligence investigations and documentation for acquired properties and existing developments;
Monitor and ensure the company and projects’ compliance on various government standards;
Work with the Business Development Officer in maintaining relations with land owners to obtain lots and raw land in targeted areas;
Help maintain business relations with developers, brokers, city officials and land owners to be in the lookout for possible acquisition;
Open to travel outside of Cebu and in areas where the above-mentioned BD work is required;
May be tasked to handle BD assignments for sister companies Enrison Holdings Inc. and Enrison Land Inc.;
Participate in brand building activities, to include but not limited to corporate events, community efforts and meetings with relevant trade associations;
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
