We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Reports directly to the Head of Customer Care, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat. You will also assist customers in resolving product or service-related concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Responsibilities:
- On-site point contact who ensures the smooth and professional transition on handover of units to unit owners
- Conducts daily random site inspections of housing/condo/office units scheduled for handover
- Coordinates with the Account Management Group, Property Management and Production Department in identifying, monitoring and on ground preparation of units ready for handover
- Ensures that unit owners are well informed with their scheduled handover
- Monitor and confirm with accounting that all payment obligations were settled by the unit owner before handover.
- Track the punch list of units and its scheduled completion then relay to AMG/RMG for handover scheduling.
- Coordinate with the Production Department and Property Management Group to ensure unit handover standards are met.
- Validates the readiness of the unit prior to the scheduled inspection, in terms of rectifications of the pre-punch listed deliverables from the engineer in charge & cleanliness of the interior & exterior areas of the units under the supervision of the assigned Property Management group.
- Communicates with clients accordingly on their schedule of unit inspections in close coordination with the Production team in charge.
- Attends to general inquiries from unit owners/tenants and their guests pertaining to unit handover.
- Facilitates the handover process with the buyer/homeowner during the inspection, noting, in detail, needed rectifications, if any, together with the Engineer in charge, & Property Manager
- Prepares necessary Acknowledgement of Unit Completion & Acceptance with the Maintenance & Warranty Forms for the client’s signature
- Prepares summary of unit owner’s inquiries and complaints for future reference.
- Make a follow up to ensure resolution to complaints relative to unit handover and update the unit owner regularly.
