Our company is seeking an Executive Assistant who will directly report to the Chief Operations Officer. The successful candidate must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of either BS Math, Finance or Accounting-related course and must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other administrative support experience.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the COO’s calendar, arranging travel plans, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. They should also possess a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the COO’s calendar and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel plans for the COO
- Prepare reports and presentations for the COO
- Provide administrative support to the COO and other executives as needed
- Maintain records and files
- Coordinate and attend meetings as required
- Conduct research on various topics as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in either BS Math, Finance or Accounting-related course
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other administrative support experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
