We are currently hiring a Sales Admin Officer to support our sales team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
As a Sales Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales database, processing orders, and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. You will also assist in preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support to the sales team. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively will be essential in this role, as you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment. Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes the receivables management officer in evaluating and accepting the reservation sales folder from Marketing Department based on pre-qualification criteria
- Monitor buyer’s payment record and communicates with them in case of delinquency collects, organizes, and files reservation, booking, and contracting documents
- Tracks and performs on-time releasing of commission to the sales network based on the standard commission milestones
- Prepares Check Request Form for commissions and other department-related expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance related courses
- With Real Estate experience is an advantage
- Experience in Bank – Loans / Loans Processing is also an advantage
- Ability to commute/relocate to Cebu City.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
