Sales Associate - Cebu - BE Residences

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Associate / Sales Officer to join our team at BE RESIDENCES – BOHOL.

Responsibilities:

Identify new markets and promote the prime developments of BE RESIDENCES through various Sales and Marketing initiatives
Create company tie-ups and conduct regular prospecting activities and sales presentations to potential qualified clients
Attend corporate sales events and build a relationship with prospective clients
Create content and engage prospects online through social media outlets
Setup and conduct face-to-face presentations/property viewings to customers
Ultimately close and drive sales and build strategies for customer retention
Build and sustain a solid professional relationship with existing and new clients
Represents the company with the utmost professionalism including attire, ethics, and conduct

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any related course
Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships
Dedicated, can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Desire to work in a target driven, sales environment
Background on social media marketing is an advantage.
