Balai by BE Residences Punta Engaño Uno is a pioneering residential project for BE Residences on Mactan Island, a testament to the developer’s commitment to delivering exquisite seaside living experiences to a broader audience. Groundbreaking for the project took place in November 2021, and almost two years later, the structure has been successfully completed.
